Hydraulic-electric hybrid injection molding machines combine the strengths of hydraulic and electric technologies. The mold clamping unit adopts hydraulic drive to deliver high clamping force, while the injection unit uses servo drive for enhanced precision. Balancing cost, accuracy and stability, this equipment is widely used for producing medium and large plastic parts in automotive, home appliance and daily commodity industries.

MT’s control solution is compatible with large-tonnage and high-output hybrid models, offering higher stability than conventional control systems. It supports rotary mold, two-color / multi-color and multi-component injection molding processes for steady molding quality.

Equipped with a common DC bus for energy recovery, the machine achieves 30% to 50% power savings and lower operating noise. The pressure and flow closed-loop control ensures rapid response, effectively reducing defects such as flash and sink marks on finished products. Automatic mold adjustment and parameter self-tuning simplify setup work and lower reliance on skilled operators. The solution also minimizes oil pollution, meeting both production efficiency and workshop environmental standards.
