Panel Cutting Machine

Panel cutting machines are core equipment for the first process of panel furniture production. They complete cutting, grooving, drilling and milling on standard 1220×2440mm panels in one pass, and are widely used in custom whole-house furniture, cabinet and wardrobe manufacturing. The machine consists of machine base, gantry beam, servo drive system, spindle unit, vacuum adsorption worktable, CNC system and row drill / tool magazine.

MT’s drive solution supports rotary motors, DD motors and linear motors. It features built-in gantry synchronization with an internal control cycle of 62.5μs and a communication refresh cycle of 125μs, plus a speed loop bandwidth up to 3.8kHz. Direct-onboard motor brake drive is equipped with short-circuit and foolproof protection. The encoder interface enables full closed-loop control, and all emergency stop functions are interlocked with a single-point emergency stop across the whole machine.

The products are certified to CE and RoHS standards and developed and manufactured in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. The dynamic braking function ensures safe and controlled machine shutdown in case of power failure or abnormal operation at high speeds, delivering reliable protection for safe production.
