Six-sided Drilling Machine

Six-sided drilling machines are innovative equipment for hole machining of panel furniture. Panels are processed in a single clamping without flipping, completing all holes including hinge holes, three-in-one connection holes, grooves and embedded part holes on the front, rear and four side faces. Its efficiency is 2 to 3 times higher than traditional row drills, making it essential for high-efficiency custom furniture production. The machine is composed of loading platform, panel positioning and clamping unit, X/Y/Z axis motion system, multiple drill groups (horizontal & vertical), CNC system and unloading platform.

MT’s drive solution is compatible with rotary motors, DD motors and linear motors. It integrates gantry synchronization with a 62.5μs internal control cycle and 125μs communication refresh cycle, alongside a 3.8kHz speed loop bandwidth. It adopts direct motor brake drive with short-circuit and anti-misoperation protection, and the encoder interface supports full closed-loop control. Emergency stop circuits are fully interlocked with whole-machine single-point stop function.

Compliant with CE, RoHS and ISO9001 standards, the built-in dynamic braking system enables safe machine stop during power loss or malfunctions at high speed, fully safeguarding operational safety.
