Machining Center

A machining center is a CNC machine tool equipped with a tool magazine and automatic tool changer. It integrates milling, drilling, tapping, boring and other processes, and is widely used for complex part machining in machinery manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and other industries. Featuring concentrated working procedures and superior machining accuracy, it completes multi-sided processing in a single clamping setup and minimizes positioning errors.

MT’s drive solution supports rotary motors, DD motors and linear motors. It delivers gantry synchronization with a 62.5 μs internal control cycle, 125 μs communication refresh cycle and 3.8 kHz speed loop bandwidth. Direct motor brake drive is configured with short-circuit and anti-misoperation protection, and the encoder interface enables full closed-loop control. Emergency stop functions are fully interlocked with machine-wide single-point stop.
