Drilling & Tapping Center

Drilling and tapping centers are high-speed CNC machines specially developed for drilling and tapping operations. High speed and high efficiency make them ideal for processing small components in electronics and automotive industries, such as middle frames of mobile phones, PCBs and hardware parts. The machine achieves a feed speed over 48 m/min and a positioning accuracy up to ±0.003 mm.

MT’s drive solution works with rotary motors, DD motors and linear motors. It adopts built-in gantry synchronization (62.5 μs internal control cycle, 125 μs communication refresh cycle) and offers a 3.8 kHz speed loop bandwidth. It is fitted with direct motor brake drive, short-circuit protection and anti-misoperation design, and supports full closed-loop control via encoder interfaces. The whole machine adopts interlocked safety circuits and single-point emergency stop.

All products pass CE and RoHS certification and are manufactured per ISO9001 standards. The dynamic braking function ensures safe machine shutdown during high-speed operation anomalies or power outages.
