Glass Cutting Machine

Glass cutting machines are core equipment for the first process of glass deep processing. They deliver precise straight, special-shaped, arc and polygon cutting on raw flat glass, providing qualified blanks for subsequent edging, drilling, tempering and coating processes. They process float glass, tempered glass, insulated glass, laminated glass and ultra-clear glass for architectural doors & windows, curtain walls, bathrooms, 3C cover plates, photovoltaic products, furniture and home appliances, and act as fundamental units for automated glass production lines.

The machine comprises heavy-duty frame, air flotation / vacuum worktable, gantry beam, X/Y/Z three-axis servo motion system, high-precision cutting head, cutting wheel pressure control system, CNC system, vision positioning unit, linked conveying & breaking mechanism and safety guards.

MTg’s drive solution supports rotary motors, DD motors and linear motors. It adopts gantry synchronization with 62.5 μs internal control cycle and 125 μs communication refresh cycle, and features a 3.8 kHz speed loop bandwidth. Direct motor brake drive, short-circuit protection and anti-misoperation design are integrated, along with full closed-loop control via encoders. Interlocked safety circuits and machine-wide single-point emergency stop are standard configurations.

With CE, RoHS certification and ISO9001 quality assurance, the dynamic braking function ensures safe and reliable shutdown during high-speed operation emergencies.
