Laser Cutting Machine
Laser cutting machines are precision processing equipment that cut metal and non-metal materials via thermal melting and gasification using high-energy laser beams. They are favored for high cutting accuracy, smooth burr-free cut surfaces and strong flexibility, and widely applied in sheet metal fabrication, hardware, engineering machinery, kitchenware, advertising signs and auto parts. Main types include fiber laser cutters, CO₂ laser cutters and UV laser cutters, respectively for metal sheets, thick plates, non-metals and ultra-thin precision materials. The equipment consists of heavy-duty machine bed, gantry motion platform, X/Y/Z three-axis servo system, laser generator, laser head, chiller, dust & fume extraction system and CNC operating system.
MT’s drive solution is applicable to rotary motors, DD motors and linear motors. It achieves gantry synchronization with 62.5 μs internal control cycle and 125 μs communication refresh cycle, and has a 3.8 kHz speed loop bandwidth. It is equipped with direct motor brake drive, short-circuit protection and anti-misoperation functions, and supports full closed-loop control. All emergency stop signals are interlocked for machine-wide single-point stop.
Certified to CE and RoHS and manufactured in accordance with ISO9001, the built-in dynamic braking system protects the machine by performing safe shutdown upon power loss or faults during high-speed operation.
