Drive & I/O Integrated Unit

The MDL580 Series Integrated Drive & I/O Controller is powered by three‑phase AC 380V~440V, with a power range from 0.75kW to 5.5kW, available in single‑axis and dual‑axis configurations. It features high protection ratings of IP54/IP65, supports cabinet‑free installation, and uses plug‑and‑socket connectors for all external interfaces. With a compact structure, it enables fast deployment and easy maintenance.

    1.Supports PROFINET and EtherCAT fieldbus protocols for efficient and flexible communication. Compatible with asynchronous motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors and motorized pulleys, supporting vector / V/F control.
    2.Integrates local/remote control switching, local forward/reverse control, standard external braking resistor interface, optional brake interface, and built‑in 4DI + 6DO digital I/O interfaces, perfectly replacing distributed variable frequency cabinets and traditional I/O electrical boxes.

    Cabinet‑free design supports flexible mounting such as wall‑mounting and bracket‑mounting. Plug‑and‑socket foolproof interfaces enable efficient wiring. Equipment status monitoring and fault clearing can be performed remotely or locally, bringing convenient operation and maintenance.
