Folding Production Line

Folding production lines are front-end equipment for household paper and sanitary products. They integrate embossing, slitting and folding processes for parent paper rolls and sanitary raw materials, producing neatly stacked paper or sanitary product blanks for subsequent cutting and packaging procedures. The line consists of unwinding unit, tension control unit, embossing unit, folding unit and conveying & stacking unit.

MT’s solution applies servo drive plus tension sensor closed-loop control for unwinding to avoid paper stretching and deviation. Electronic cam technology is adopted for embossing to ensure clear patterns even at high speeds. As the core part, the folding unit adopts vacuum adsorption and servo cam folding mechanism, supporting Z-fold, N-fold, half-fold and other folding styles with neat layers, no misalignment or tearing.
