MB6 Series Plug-in (Modular) Remote I/O
The MB6 series plug-in I/O modules consist of couplers, I/O function modules, relay power module, common terminal modules and end caps. The I/O function modules cover a wide range of types and point configurations, including digital I/O, relay, analog, pulse output, encoder, temperature and communication modules, which can be freely combined as required. Supporting mainstream communication protocols such as EtherCAT, PROFINET and CC-Link, these modules are widely used in various bus applications.

Slim plug-in design
Only 15 mm in thickness with a compact plug-in structure. -
Diverse types
Rich I/O expansion modules with various types and point counts, including digital I/O and relay modules. -
Easy installation
Snap-on DIN rail mounting for simple assembly, disassembly and maintenance; screwless terminals improve wiring efficiency. A single coupler supports up to 32 I/O modules. -
High-speed response
Full-duplex transmission speed up to 100 Mbps, minimum communication cycle of 125 μs, and high-precision distributed clock synchronization with jitter < 1 μs. -
Comprehensive protection
Reverse polarity protection for power inputs of couplers and relay power module; short-circuit protection for transistor digital outputs and analog (voltage/current) outputs. -
Mainstream protocols
Support for various fieldbuses including EtherCAT and PROFINET, enabling easy system connection and integration.
