PACK Production Line

PACK lines are deployed in the post-production stage of lithium batteries. They complete cell sorting, assembly, welding, testing and packaging to assemble individual cells into battery modules and packs. The equipment is widely used in new energy vehicles, energy storage systems and consumer electronics.

Main procedures include cell feeding, sorting, stacking, welding and unloading, which demand high process synchronization and full data traceability.

MT adopts PLC and industrial Ethernet to coordinate all connected equipment for automatic cell conveyance. Servo-driven laser welding units, paired with vision positioning systems, ensure accurate welding paths and reliable welding results. Professional testing devices perform on-line inspection of battery voltage, internal resistance and insulation performance to meet quality standards.

The system supports connection with MES platforms to collect real-time production data and enable full process traceability of each battery pack, complying with strict quality management requirements of the new energy vehicle industry. It also supports flexible production and quick adaptation to diverse battery modules and packs for excellent line compatibility.
