Multi-lane Packaging Machine

Designed for high-output small-bag packaging, multi-lane machines work with 4/6/8/10 parallel lanes to produce multiple bags simultaneously at ultra-high speed. It is ideal for small-dose powder and granular products such as coffee powder, milk powder, seasonings, health products and pharmaceuticals. Main units: multi-lane material silo, multi-lane metering (screw/cup feeder), multi-lane film frame, multi-lane tension control, multi-lane former, multi-lane longitudinal sealing, multi-lane transverse sealing, multi-lane cutting and multi-lane discharging.

Based on multi-axis synchronization and electronic cam technology, the system coordinates operations of all lanes with dedicated multi-lane synchronization algorithms, eliminating length discrepancy and sealing misalignment between lanes even at high speed. It supports one-click model switching and multi-formula storage. Built-in online inspection functions detect material shortage, defective sealing and film breakage, and trigger automatic shutdown and alarm.
