Formation equipment carries out the initial charge and discharge activation for lithium batteries to form a stable SEI film. It also performs battery grading and screening, which directly affects the battery’s cycle life and safety performance.

Key technical indicators are charge-discharge accuracy and temperature control. The tolerance of charge-discharge current and voltage is controlled within ±0.1%, and temperature fluctuation is limited to ±1°C.

Our high-precision charge-discharge modules support constant current and constant voltage operation with an accuracy up to ±0.05%. The built-in closed-loop temperature control system uses temperature sensors to monitor battery temperature, and dynamically adjusts charge-discharge current and cooling output to avoid overheating.

Data acquisition and storage functions record charge-discharge curves and temperature data for full product traceability. Multi-channel parallel charge and discharge significantly improves operational efficiency. This equipment is widely used for formation and grading of power lithium batteries and energy storage batteries.
