Bulk Bag Packing Machine

Bulk bag packing machines are specially developed for 25kg to 50kg large bags, woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, valve bags and ton bags, suitable for bulk materials including chemical raw materials, grain, feed, building materials and lithium battery materials. It automatically completes bag feeding, bag clamping, filling, weighing, deaeration, sealing and stitching/heat sealing. Main components: bag feeding unit, bag clamping device, weighing hopper, filling chute, vibration & deaeration unit, stitching/heat sealing machine and conveying output unit.

The solution combines servo drive, weighing module and pneumatic control to ensure precise timing for bag feeding, clamping, filling, weighing and sealing, with stable and reliable operation. Functions such as automatic tare zeroing, automatic calibration and over-tolerance alarm are available. The machine is equipped with safety protection, emergency stop and fault diagnosis systems. It can be connected with palletizers and conveying lines to build a fully automatic heavy-bag packaging line.
