Single Packaging Machine

Single packaging machines automatically arrange, film-wrap, heat-seal, cut and print batch numbers for cut paper packs and sanitary products to form individual retail packages, serving as key equipment for end-product packaging. Main components include material conveying & arranging unit, pushing & positioning unit, film unwinding frame, tension control unit, longitudinal/transverse sealing unit, cutting unit, coding unit and finished product output unit.

MT adopts a full-servo electronic shaft system with color mark tracking. Each shaft is driven independently by servo motors, achieving a color mark compensation accuracy of ±0.5 mm to prevent uneven package length and pattern misalignment. Different production specifications can be switched with one click. The film frame is equipped with air expansion shaft, automatic deviation correction and closed-loop tension control, keeping the film stable, straight and wrinkle-free.
