Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine (VFFS)

Vertical form fill & seal machines are universal packaging equipment for granular, powdered, liquid and paste materials. Roll film is fed from the top, then formed into bags, filled, sealed and cut in one continuous process. The machine features compact structure, small footprint and cost-effectiveness. Main components: film unwinding frame, tension control, former, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, cutting, metering & filling, material silo and finished product output.

The machine is equipped with automatic film deviation correction and closed-loop tension control for stable film tension and flat surface. Interchangeable formers adapt to different bag widths. Continuous longitudinal sealing and intermittent transverse sealing deliver consistent sealing strength with no air or liquid leakage. Servo synchronization of film traction, longitudinal and transverse sealing ensures uniform bag length and precise pattern alignment. Heat sealing temperature, pressure and duration can be adjusted independently to fit various packaging films.
