Parcel Singulator (Parcel Single Separator )

Singulators are key intelligent equipment installed at the front of sorting lines for e-commerce, express delivery and warehousing facilities. They process jumbled, stacked, side-by-side and irregular parcels including cartons, flexible bags, woven sacks, envelopes and special-shaped items. Combining AI vision, matrix servo belts and dynamic speed difference algorithms, the machine automatically disperses, aligns and separates parcels, outputting evenly spaced single-file goods with regular postures. It feeds downstream DWS systems, scanning, sorting and weighing equipment, and serves as a critical unit to realize fully unmanned, high-speed and intelligent sorting workflows.

MT’s solution adopts embedded MFC flexible separation algorithms and online position-shifting PR mode, enabling gentle parcel separation with low impact and no jamming. The compact M930 servo drives feature strong overload capacity and fast response, ideal for densely arranged matrix belts and frequent high-speed start-stop. The complete solution requires minimal wiring, shortens commissioning time and delivers excellent cost performance.
