Flow Wrapper

Flow wrappers are mainstream packaging equipment for regular-shaped solid products such as biscuits, bread, mooncakes, medicines, daily necessities and hardware parts. They wrap products with roll films and form pillow-shaped packages via end heat sealing, featuring high speed, low cost and attractive packaging appearance. Main units: feeding & conveying, material positioning, film unwinding frame, tension control, former, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, cutting and finished product output.

MT’s solution adopts servo conveying and photoelectric tracking for feeding to maintain uniform product spacing and accurate positioning. The film frame is fitted with automatic deviation correction and closed-loop tension control to keep the film flat and wrinkle-free. The former folds the film into a tube to wrap products. Continuous longitudinal sealing and intermittent transverse sealing ensure firm seals and smooth cuts without adhesion. Integrated with electronic cam, servo synchronization and color mark tracking, the transverse sealing cutter operates in perfect sync with feeding and film traction to avoid uneven package length and sealing misalignment. Multiple speed curves enable smooth start-stop with low impact and noise. Heat sealing temperature, pressure and duration are independently adjustable, compatible with BOPP film, composite film, aluminum foil film and other packaging materials.
