Bag Making Machine

Bag making machines process roll packaging films through unwinding, traction, fixed-length positioning, sealing, cutting, punching and zipper attachment to produce finished bags. It is compatible with PE, PP, composite film, aluminum foil film and other materials. Main units: unwinding, deviation correction, tension control, servo traction, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, cutting, punching, zipper attachment (optional) and finished product stacking.

MT equips the unwinding system with servo drive and tension sensor closed-loop control for stable tension and flat film surface. The traction system combines servo motor, encoder and color mark tracking to guarantee uniform bag length and accurate pattern alignment at high speed. The full-servo electronic shaft design removes traditional mechanical transmission, featuring fast response, low noise and easy maintenance. Dedicated bag-making algorithms are embedded, with independently adjustable heat sealing pressure, temperature and duration.
