Inductor Winding & Dispensing All-in-One Machine

This integrated machine realizes automatic winding, dispensing and curing for inductor coils, and is key to the production of power management chips, filters and other electronic components.

The main process challenges are winding tension control and dispensing accuracy. Tension fluctuation during winding causes uneven coil turns and wire deformation, which impairs electrical performance of inductors. Uniform dispensing directly affects coil fixation and insulation performance.

MT’s solution integrates servo drive and closed-loop tension control. High-precision servo motors drive the winding shafts, and tension sensors form a closed-loop system to ensure uniform coil winding. The dispensing axes are driven by linear motors, combined with pressure dispensing valves and vision positioning systems. A built-in process parameter library allows one-click parameter switching for different inductor specifications, perfectly adapting to flexible production of diversified products.
