Engraving and milling machines are high-precision machine tools designed for light-cutting operations. They are widely used for fine engraving and milling on molds, mobile phone accessories, artworks, acrylic and other materials, and excel at machining complex curved surfaces. Core performance indicators include machining accuracy, spindle speed and surface finish.

MT’s drive solution is compatible with rotary motors, direct drive (DD) motors and linear motors. It features built-in gantry synchronization with an internal control cycle of 62.5 μs and a communication refresh cycle of 125 μs, alongside a speed loop bandwidth of 3.8 kHz. It adopts direct-onboard motor brake drive with short-circuit and anti-misoperation protection. The encoder interface supports full closed-loop control, and all emergency stop circuits are interlocked with a machine-wide single-point emergency stop function.

The integrated dynamic braking function enables safe and controlled shutdown in case of power failure or malfunctions during high-speed operation, delivering solid protection for production safety.
