Glass Gluing Machine

Glass gluing machines are key equipment for deep processing of glass used in doors, windows, curtain walls, bathrooms and furniture. They automatically apply sealant, structural adhesive and silicone sealant evenly along glass edges, and complete glue pressing and trimming. Reliable gluing ensures tight sealing, waterproofing, shock resistance and firm bonding between glass and profiles / frames, which is critical to the service life and performance of doors, windows and curtain walls. This equipment is widely applied for thermal break aluminum windows, system doors & windows, curtain wall glass, shower room glass and furniture glass.

Main components: glass loading & positioning unit, servo conveyor, vision positioning system, gluing mechanism, glue pump system, temperature control system, glue trimming unit, unloading platform and control system.

Motong’s solution embeds dedicated gluing algorithms to automatically generate motion trajectories for rectangular, special-shaped, round and curved glass. Multi-axis linkage and closed-loop synchronization between gluing speed and glue output deliver uniform glue lines without ripples or missing glue at high speed. Different glass specifications can be switched with one click.

It is equipped with glue level monitoring, low glue alarm, glue break detection and anti-collision protection, and will stop automatically once faults occur. Functions including remote monitoring, parameter backup and fault diagnosis are available for high stability and easy maintenance.
