Collective Packaging Machine

Collective packaging machines automatically arrange, group and pack multiple single packages into medium bags or handle bags, then seal and output finished products for supermarket and wholesale sales. The equipment includes single package feeding unit, arranging & sorting unit, stacking & grouping unit, bag feeding & opening unit, pushing & bagging unit, sealing & heat-sealing unit, handle attaching unit and finished product output unit.

MT’s solution relies on multi-axis synchronization and electronic cam technology. All movements including stacking, material pushing, bagging and sealing follow precise timing sequence, ensuring coordinated operation without jamming or collision at high speed. Multiple formula sets are stored for one-click switching of package quantities and bag types. The machine can be seamlessly connected with upstream single packaging machines and downstream cartoning machines to build a fully automatic production line covering folding, cutting, single packaging, collective packaging and cartoning, which greatly cuts labor costs and improves production efficiency.
