4-Axis Palletizing Robot

4-axis palletizing robots are industrial robots specially designed for palletizing tasks. The robust 4-axis structure delivers excellent stability and heavy load capacity, commonly deployed for automatic palletizing of cartons and bagged materials in logistics, food and chemical sectors. Its key performance indicators include payload capacity and repeat positioning accuracy, with available payloads ranging from 3kg to 5000kg.

MT’s multi-axis all-in-one compact design optimizes space utilization, enabling ultra-small cabinet installation and higher power density. The innovative hard-wired internal structure eliminates most cables for servo power output, encoders, brakes and I/O modules, reducing cabinet wiring costs and improving operational reliability.

It integrates advanced functions such as dynamic braking and STO (Safe Torque Off), and provides interface terminals for robot emergency stop, enable signals, safety switches and light curtains. The servo drive comes with IP20 protection, and can be upgraded to IP54 with matched I/O terminal protective covers.
