6-Joint Robot

6-joint robots are serial articulated universal industrial robots. With great flexibility to perform complex trajectory movements, they are widely adopted for material handling, welding, assembly, grinding, spraying and other processes, making them the most versatile robots in industrial automation. Their core strengths lie in high degrees of freedom and universal adaptability to automation demands across diverse industries.

MT’s dedicated servo drives are embedded with robot-specific algorithms to suppress end-effector vibration and deliver enhanced trajectory accuracy. The unit is equipped with dual-channel STO I/O as standard, along with 16 DI/DO (expandable to 32 DI/DO), which removes the need for additional I/O boards, host PCs and extra debugging tools inside control cabinets. Built-in parameter identification function simplifies commissioning and improves work efficiency.

The flat multi-axis integrated structure with independent air ducts supports through-wall installation and delivers excellent environmental adaptability, fitting various types of control cabinets for space-saving layout. It supports data transmission up to 100 Mbps, with a minimum communication cycle of 125 μs, and complies with the mainstream EtherCAT fieldbus protocol. Interfaces for brake drive and safety circuits (emergency stop, safety door, safety enable, etc.) are fully reserved.

Tool-free pluggable terminals allow easy assembly and disassembly for convenient maintenance and lower after-sales costs.

Applicable Products: R910, R920-S, R920-T
