MT’s EMC & Environmental Reliability Laboratory Officially Put into Operation
To continuously improve core product quality and strengthen robust R&D capabilities for intelligent manufacturing, MT’s self-built EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and environmental reliability laboratory has been fully completed and officially launched. The opening of this laboratory stands as a key milestone in the company’s efforts to refine its R&D and testing system and upgrade quality control standards. It represents the independent, professional and standardized upgrade of Motong’s in-house testing capacity for servo products, building a solid technical barrier to support steady product iteration, quality improvement and global market expansion.

Industrial production sites feature complex electromagnetic interference and diverse working environments. Electromagnetic compatibility and environmental reliability are core indicators that directly determine servo equipment’s operational stability, service life and process precision, as well as core competitive advantages for high-end automation products. Equipped with cutting-edge professional testing equipment, the brand-new EMC laboratory covers a full spectrum of test items for servo products, including conducted emission, radiated emission and electromagnetic immunity. It accurately simulates various complex industrial working conditions to comprehensively verify products’ anti-interference performance, operational stability, environmental adaptability and safety reliability, ensuring all performance parameters of every product undergo rigorous physical testing and validation.
Supported by the in-house laboratory, MT has established a closed-loop R&D framework of “innovative R&D – precise testing – performance optimization – rapid iteration”.
