R910 Multi-axis Integrated Servo Drive: Solve Robot Mass Production Challenges
Robot manufacturers scaling up mass production often encounter shared challenges: cumbersome cabinet wiring, long assembly hours, high field failure rates; robot end-effector vibration compromising trajectory accuracy; limited cabinet footprint and high integration costs for safety solutions. Stable, user-friendly and highly integrated motion control hardware has become critical for robot manufacturers to gain an edge in mass production.

The R910-S series robot-dedicated multi-axis integrated servo drive directly addresses these core pain points of robot mass production. Featuring an innovative cable-free hardwired cabinet architecture, it delivers both high power density and superior system reliability. Natively supporting the high-speed EtherCAT bus, it is equipped with proprietary control algorithms finely tuned for robotic motion characteristics to effectively suppress end-effector vibration and improve both motion smoothness and working trajectory accuracy. With dedicated hardware paired with dedicated algorithms and integrated software and hardware, the R910-S delivers a practical motion control solution for robot mass production.
The R910-S is a high-power-density multi-axis bus-type EtherCAT servo IO all-in-one unit with industry-leading power density. The drive itself carries an IP20 protection rating. When fitted with the matching cabinet IO terminal protective cover, it can easily achieve IP54 protection. Its transformative hardwired cabinet design eliminates most internal cabinet cables including servo power lines, encoder cables, brake cables and IO cables. This boosts overall cabinet assembly efficiency by an order of magnitude, reduces poor-contact faults caused by wiring, improves the reliability of the complete electrical cabinet, and significantly cuts material and labor costs for cabinet build-up.
