High-performance Multi-axis Bus-type Servo Driver

The M800 series is a second-generation high-performance bus-type servo drive independently developed by MT, specifically designed for high-speed, high-precision multi-axis motion scenarios such as robotics, manipulators, 3C electronics, and woodworking machinery. Featuring a modular combination (power module + single/dual-axis modules), it supports flexible expansion from 1 to 10 axes with a power range spanning 50W to 4.5kW. Its revolutionary all-in-one multi-axis architecture significantly reduces both volume and cost.

  • 50% Reduction in Volume & Cost

    Utilizing a common DC bus topology and patented connection technology, the modular design reduces volume by 35–40% for 4-axis configurations and 55–60% for 10-axis configurations compared to traditional standalone servos (based on 750W, with greater savings for higher power). Centralized power management eliminates multi-axis power cabling, control wiring, and braking resistors, cutting wiring and installation time by half.

  • Ultra-Fast Response, Precision Control

    EtherCAT communication cycle as short as 250μs with <1μs synchronization accuracy; 3.2kHz velocity loop bandwidth and 16kHz current loop update rate. Combined with industry-specific auto-tuning algorithms, it delivers high-speed, high-precision multi-axis coordination.

  • Highly Integrated, Safe & Reliable

    Integrated brake control directly drives up to 1.5A, eliminating external relay boards. Features include dynamic braking and safety interlocking via real-time bus communication, providing comprehensive equipment protection from both hardware and software.

  • Simplified Debugging, Plug-and-Play

    Supports three debugging modes: EtherCAT master (open SDO + cross-platform monitoring), iMotoStudio dedicated software, and remote control panel. Each motor stores its optimal configuration; simply enter the 4-digit code for instant setup, drastically reducing commissioning time.
