The MD600 is a dedicated low-voltage positioning system developed for intermittent process positioning applications. This all-in-one low-voltage positioning unit integrates a motor, battery-free absolute encoder, gear drive and drive controller. It serves as a direct replacement for the traditional three-piece setup consisting of servo drive, motor and reducer, removing the need to mount separate drives inside electrical control cabinets.

Equipped with a battery-free absolute positioning system, the device retains position data after power loss and eliminates homing routines. Its extended output shaft matches the shaft dimension of 400W servo motors for flexible assembly. Supporting EC, PROFINET and RS485 fieldbus communication, it enables position, speed and torque control. Widely applied in packaging, printing, filling, woodworking and other industries, it supports electronic recipes to realize one-click product changeover.
